I love to cook and I cook to love.

  Cooking all kinds of food is a little like learning many different languages. Being a chef has taught me a lot about people and cultures. It has given me the dramatic and yet humble position to cook for, love and care for people in many different settings. It teaches me to respect the planet and all of it's ingredients.

I continue to thrive on discovery, take on challenges and find poetry in moments. The art is in the details.
