I love to cook in restaurants, on TV and at home. I grew up in suburban Southern California, moved to San Francisco to finish college and ended up working for two decades in San Francisco in restaurants and opened a few there as well. I moved to New York in 2012.
Where I live directly influences my cooking because I look at what is available all around me. Being in New York is a whole new journey for me and I hope to keep you informed of what I am excited about, what I am eating, and what I am cooking through my website.
Cooking professionally is humbling and constantly challenging and also fun. I look at food and ingredients as languages. I continue to explore all areas of the world through my studying and my cooking. I am honored to be working in New York City in a beautiful new restaurant on the Upper West Side with a new team at Corvo Bianco.
